At Rauzzo, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across Europe and beyond. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship to all European Union member states and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@rauzzo.com.
3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount — check our website for current promotions.
5. Customs & Duties (EU Orders) Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Rauzzo complies with all applicable EU VAT regulations.
6. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package through the carrier's website.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is reported as lost by the carrier, please contact us at contact@rauzzo.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly. Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a remedy for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
