Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Rauzzo. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
- The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at contact@rauzzo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us at contact@rauzzo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at contact@rauzzo.com.
